Do we accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products. If the product is damaged we will require prior approval for a return request. The product will have to be returned unopened within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method at your expense. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason and an approval code for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Exchanges will be allowed on unopened products only and additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipped Orders: Returns and Exchanges applies to U.S. orders only. All international orders are still required to pay all shipping expenses. International customers are responsible for all duty and tax fees.
