How do I check my order status?
Please email us at customerservice@MiABelleZZa.com.  Please include your order number, name, address or any other additional information regarding your order.

How much is the cost of shipping?
Free shipping is available for purchases over $75.  Orders qualifying for FREE shipping are shipped via our Standard Shipping service only.  FREE shipping is awarded when the merchandise total (excluding taxes and shipping) is over the dollar amount in the promotional copy.  For purchases under $75 rates are disclosed as:

$    0.00 to $  50.00=$6.95
$  51.00 to $100.00=$8.50
$101.00 to $150.00=$9.50

Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products. Please return your product unopened within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method at your expense. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.  Exchanges will be allowed on unopened products only and additional shipping charges may apply.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Please add 7% sales tax if ordering within the state of Georgia.

Why do the color shades look different on the computer?
Computer monitors display colors differently.  This site is best viewed at a resolution of 800 x 600.  Please contact us by email regarding with questions or concerns about color shades.

Do you have a catalog available with all the MiA BelleZZa products?

Where may I view and purchase MiA BelleZZa products in person?
You may purchase or test MiA BelleZZa products at special events, home parties and select beauty salons.  If you are interested in selling and hosting an event, please contact customer service@MiABelleZZa.com and a representative will contact you with more information.

Temporarily Out of Stock & Backordered Items?
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at customerservice@MiABelleZZa.com.
